Restaurants in St Lawrence Gap

There’s no shortage of great restaurants throughout St Lawrence Gap and you certainly won’t go hungry.  The cuisine is a mix of Caribbean with British and American influences, and you’ll find restaurants serving different cuisines such as Chinese, Italian, French and many more.

The Barbados National dish is Flying Fish and CouCou, and is available in many restaurants throughout St Lawrence Gap.   Restaurants on offer vary from the beachside shacks serving freshly caught fish to first class dining restaurants, and there’s something to suit everyone’s tastes and budgets.

A typical 3 course meal for 2 people costs around $100-$150 Barbados dollars (£40-£50).

Ship Inn

Located on the main street, the Ship Inn is a pub and restaurant, serving everything from bar snacks to full meals.

Bellini’s

Italian restaurant with a gorgeous location overlooking St Lawrence Bay, serving Italian food and locally caught seafood. Mains from $30.

Cafe Sol Mexican Grill

As the name suggests, a Mexican bar and restaurant serving everything from chimichangas, chilli’s, enchillada’s and all washed down with bottles of Sol and cocktails from the lively bar.

Pisces Restaurant

Very popular restaurant due to it’s oceanfront location, serving fine seafood and internationl cuisine.   Mains from $30.

Harlequins Restaurant

International and local food is on offer at Harlequins, which is opposite The Ship Inn.

David’s Place

Stunning location by the sea and authentic Barbadian food can be found at David’s Place, located on the main road close to Worthing Police Station.

Josef’s Restaurant

Upmarket restaurant serving mostly seafood and situated in Waverly House, just off the main drag.
